The flat, which is a duplex, is located in the upper part of Lu Fraili, a hamlet not far from the centre of San Teodoro, and is situated inside a small residential complex with a swimming pool available to guests. Not far away are the most beautiful beaches of the area: Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Puntaldia and Capo Coda Cavallo, La Cinta. Access is very easy and convenient, as the house is about 15/20 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia.
